About

I'm a builder, a maker, an intense fire creator. Most of my time right now is spent on Opair. But also I like to have a cozy little spot for my side projects and you've stumbled upon that.

This site is deliberately small. Games are published straight from their own repositories, posts get written when something is worth writing down, and the fire is mostly here because a dark clearing needed one.

Colophon

Built with Astro and deployed on Cloudflare Workers. Game payloads live in R2, the catalogue is D1, and the chat rooms are Durable Objects. The fire is a heat buffer propagated upward with random decay — the same trick Doom used — drawn at roughly one art pixel per four screen pixels. Type is Silkscreen and IBM Plex Mono.

The logo started life as a pixel-art quilt courtesy of my loving wife. The colours on this site are sampled from a photograph of it.
